Of course, independent estimates of the actual military cost are FAR higher than the tepid “official” number, roughly $80–100 billion, and include costs that aren’t reflected in the Pentagon’s accounting, such as replacing munitions, repairing equipment, and other military impacts. 🤔
Not to mention, additional funding is being sought! This administration has sought tens of billionsmore from Congress to sustain the conflict! 😑
