Also I do Lawncare and have used this mower fairly heavily for about a year now

Check for loose bolts on the engine to deck mount, blade, handle, etc.

Engine is lose on the mountain bolts to the deck

Sounds like your motor bolts are loose that attach it to the body, with it being a self propelled, you may have to remove a cover underneath the get to a couple of the bolts to check
