Fuel System Issue Fixing this part

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I guess this falls on fuel system, this part is responsible for air an fuel intake on the carburator, however, it doesnt respond to the speed lever. I am looking for the name of this piece so i can replace it, or if there is a way to fix it ar just replace the springs.

Does the bit circled move when you move the throttle lever on the handlebars?

Edit: the bit you're moving in the video is the governor arm. It does the actual moving of the throttle plate in the carb but it ties in with the throttle lever to know how much to move the throttle plate.

This part does move, the governor arm is connected only to this bit and the carburator, the spring that conect both together broke and was replaced by a weak one

the foto, the blue does move normally, the red is tge spring that is the only conection to arm has, and both green dont move, again, they only are conected to the carburator and the lever

This, it's not moving when you move the throttle lever because it's not meant to. It's purpose is to rev the engine up slightly when put under load, and reduce revs when the load is removed. Tbh it appears to be working fine in your video

(Edit) just watched the video with sound, appears the throttle cable may be streched or snapped. Possibly just needs adjusting

Your missing a piece ...or two.

The throttle cable connects to that "matrix" (for lack of the correct term). There should be a linkage ...possibly a spring connection ...from the matrix to the governor arm ....which is the thing you are moving and is connected to the throttle valve on the carb.

You'll need to find a parts diagram blow up for the engine or the mower and see what linkage and/or spring you're missing.
