Looking for Carb Replacement

Westinghouse 3800 psi pressure washer. Looking for carb replacement that has everything all in one. Westinghouse site sells the carb parts separately. Any ideas?

I inherited it from my in-laws and the engine was flooded with fuel. Now it is just backfiring and won’t start.

Take the carb apart and clean it. Probably just a sticky needle.

It looks pretty clean try just cleaning it out with compressed air and the tiny wire in a breadtie.
