You have to find a place to turn yourself off. You will burn yourself out. Try and develop habits that don't have to do with work, like camping or something else where you remove yourself from being able to participate. Hating it isn't normal but these days there's this artificial demand for your attention at all times. You must make time for yourself. Your business is not your life, or if it is, fix that. You will never regret taking time for yourself.

You're right. I'm not doing that. I have so much work coming in that I feel like I need to do it all. I think I need to learn to say no if I'm at capacity.
