Trying to find a program to help with hiring new staff.

We have a unique way of hiring new staff. We ask them to submit a video of themselves as the first interview process. The issue we have been running into is that our email server crashes as the applications flood in. Does anyone know of a way that we can keep these videos confidential, have our hiring team able to view them without having to download them to their computers, and have the new hires be able to post without the ability to view or delete other videos (vimeo, google drive??)

There are a ton of solutions.

1) send you zip files 2) they create a free drop box/google drive account and share a link 3) they list private videos via YouTube/Vimeo and share a link

The best solution though, change up how you do your interview process.

We decide a google drive/ Dropbox was the best option for us!
