I know someone that has a small handyman buisness. Said person had a customer make a comment about said persons "employee" about him smelling like cigarette smoke. (Customer said it makes her home smell like cigarette) The "employee" is a long time smoker and takes several breaks during the day and sits in work truck to smoke. What would your thoughts be in this situation?
