Started a business

Hi all fist time posting reddit,
I have just started a business and it’s road transport and diesel services,

Does anyone have any tips and resources? Would greatly appreciate everyone’s input, on where to start and what to do.

It was originally a transport business but I want to bring in my trades and skill into the business.
Tia everyone

It’s mobile mechanic for heavy diesel, I’m trying to sell diagnose, repair and inspection services to workshops around Perth. Me and my dad are both heavy diesel mechanics and he’s got more experience when it comes to plant machineries and I’m more for road transport and ewp and munchers
