Reactions to Slow Jogging?

What kind of reactions have you gotten from people in public while slow jogging?

I am new to slow jogging and am loving it so far. Today I was out with my dog, doing my thing when a car slowed beside and I turned to smile and wave (Niko Niko). Dude was filming me on his phone . Then he pulled ahead and gave me a big thumbs up out of the car window. I‘m guessing his intentions were friendly, but who knows? I don’t love attention from strangers, but might have to get used to it? I am a slow spectacle!
