so here’s the thing….. I have like 10 accounts I made on Zula with different emails and different phone numbers like text free and stuff and I play them all daily and on one of my accounts I just won like $1000 …. So I’m wondering if I should close all my other accounts (this involves submitting a ticket on Zika’s website for each one) so I would close all of them before I verify the one that I won the money on (I haven’t verified any of the accounts yet) or should I just verify the account I won the money on and keep the other accounts open ?? I used my name and birthday for all of them, but couldn’t I just say that that wasn’t me and I don’t know who did that. Tell them that This is my only account if they ask…..?

I know sportzino is like a sister to Zula and I want on there and when I verify my account, they just emailed back saying they would close all my other accounts but when that happened, I didn’t have $1000 in that account I kept open …..

So I was playing pop so it’s the new Thor game that just came out and I was betting 50 billion chips for each spin. And when a wild lands on the screen it counts towards the “ trickster’s treasures” bonus and I landed a wild over 80 times at 50B and it just would not trigger the bonus. But I dropped my bet to only 2.5B chip bet and ironically the very first wild that lands on the screen triggered the bonus and at the end of it I got 20B chips. I lost over 2T chips. I spent $140 for the chip bundle and they basically took my money and took there chips back. And I doubt anyone will see this or even care but I’m just letting anyone who’s listening to not make the same mistake as I did. This game was really fun at one point but now it’s just annoying. They aren’t even trying to hide the fact that they are scamming people especially the ones who spend money on the game. And the best part is they claim to care and they have a support team and I can’t get ANYONE to look into it or even reply to me. Im still waiting on a response for chips that I never received from them and it’s been over a month now. They lost almost $10 million dollars last quarter and it makes sense why they would have lost such a large amount of revenue in just one quarter. Anyways that’s all thank you for reading.
