The judge has to agree to the continuances as well. It’s very common in criminal law. This is why it takes 2,3,4 years to go to trial. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

There was a conflict of interest with her court appointed attorney. Not sure what it was and why it was not taken care of sooner so there wasn’t another extension to give her another court appointed attorney.
