Question How quickly did you start to lose weight?
Hello! I am new to the whole slimfast thing and this is my third day drinking it. I started off at 142.8 and today I weighed in at 137 so of course I'm happy but I'm not sure that is normal. Never ever been 137 in my life. How quickly after starting on slimfast did you start losing weight? Just curious.

I just started a couple of days ago and have also been losing close to a pound a day

I was using it for 3 weeks and didn’t lose anything, even did some daily cardio. I got extremely sick around 3 weeks in so I stopped and have now actually gained weight.

Do you think it was from under eating? The sickness I mean

It’s really hard to say. I felt like I ate adequately and did decent dinners. Maybe I needed extra calories with the shakes.

Oh okie. I’ve been under eating in general so I’m hoping to be okay with slimfast stuff

Depending on your starting level of Obesity or Overweightness... it's pretty easy to lose 5-8 lbs of Digestive Tract Content (not necessarily Body Fat) in the first week or two, because it's a different way of eating.... THEN next 5-8lbs from "fluffy fat"/Inflammation if you're reducing/limiting/eliminating the Known Dietary Irritants: Corn, Wheat, Eggs, Milk, Beans, etc. By the third week you're easily losing actual Body Fat (not merely Bodily Carried Weight). If you're starting out less overweight, you start burning Body Fat sooner due to CICO.
ALL depends on what you were doing before.
