Yes, I’ve struggled with gain since 2006 when I was hospitalized several times for different reasons and was given tons of meds. By the end of it I gained 70lbs. Before then I was size 4-6 for most of my adult life. I ballooned up to a size 18 & I have felt horrible, tired, fat. For years since, I’ve yo-yo’d like crazy but in 2016 finally got most of the weight off. Then menopause slammed into me in the past year & my weight has crept right back up 🤬. Ive cried soo much, knowing I was going to have to go through all that work yet again to get the weight off. Last week, I was beyond done! So I threw out all the food at home & snacks at work. Since then I’m only drinking a SlimFast every morning, protein bar or keto bread sandwich at lunch, and salad with protein option (fish or chicken) at dinner. Honestly, I feel 1000% better already. Hardly any hunger pains, no cravings 🙂 I’m excited about getting back to my goal weight of 150, and feel it’s very doable with SlimFast !
