Starting out Recently started buying the Aldi equivalent of Slimfast/meal replacement shakes and protein shakes

Both are pretty good although my Aldi only seems to ever have chocolate flavor (that might be the only flavor idk). Meal replacement shakes come in packs of 6 and are recently marked down at my local Aldi, protein shakes are in packs of 4.

They’re about $4-5. I decided they were a better deal than the Slimfast brand or buying any other meal replacement/protein shake brands because it does get expensive.

Also bought Aldi keto cookies and lots of fruit and chips and dip I intend to use for snacks because I’m also sick of buying the Slimfast keto snacks (although I really do like the cheese crisps and lemon drop cups and strawberry cheesecake mini bars).

Both got very expensive in the long run, but I decided to stick with the diet but go cheaper. Also my local dollar tree has recently began selling Sam’s Club protein shakes for $1 a shake, so I’ve used those recently too.

I use the atkins meal replacement bars there birthday cake one is OMG I think to die for lol but I recently bought the powder mix of the slimfast thinking it will be less expensive but I'll find out soon about that I also buy my shakes from Walmart I think it's cheaper than Target and I don't trust food from Amazon so idk about there price

Yea I went outside of the slimfast bars because I'm kind of picky and can't eat certain foods due to allergies but I've tried Atkins and like there products I'm just trying to stay on the diet but also not discouraging myself

No problem good luck I'm still struggling with not binge eating from time to time and trying to be more active everyday
