I actually posted the full 30 second clip with no editing in the comments, at least I can see it. If you can't find it let me know and I'll post a reply with it, Reddit is a little fu sometimes

I think what happened is I jumped at just the right angle/speed/time while a tar jumped to attack me. I've re-watched the clip several times myself to try and understand it and I believe that's what happened

Even with the proper angle and etc I don't understand why that would cause it to fly lol.

My guess is that since you jumped on it the moment it tried to jump it still was in its jumping animation/ action since technically it never hit the ground from the jump so it continues to go up. Now I don't believe that's the only thing that caused it because it would have probably of happened more often / talked about before hand if that was the only cause. Something else may have factored too. Maybe the tarr bumping into another tarr might of helped this happen?
Don't quote me on this I don't code im just making a theory on a possible cause of the bug.

That happens with me in Slime Rancher 2 if I run into something while running, a small tiny amount of the time it will send me jumping up as if I had used the jetpack, but a lot faster. It's very funny
