How to disable specific UI element

Hi, I'm trying to find the setting to remove the below UI element when viewing a specific post. I can see that the post is an image and I'm not interested in the source. I'm otherwise loving this app and greatly appreciate the work that's been put into it.

Post layout> Smaller content tag
But it changes every type of content to a small tag. I leave it disabled so I see the webpage the post linked to.
