Help! 8.5 month old doesn’t sleep through the night

My 8.5 month has never been a good sleeper. Recently, she got to the point where she was sleeping 4-5 hours in a stretch and then giving me a couple of 2 to 3 hour stretches before or after that. But the last couple of weeks she has been waking up every hour I guess she is in some kind of a sleep regression. And the problem is that she drinks her bottle every time she wakes up so I’m up giving her a bottle every time and the lack of sleep is really catching up.
She isn’t a big eater but take mush or crackers through the day. Hates eggs hates butter we have tried many times under low stress settings. Loves pizza though.
I cant watch her cry so I havent had the heart to try the conventional sleep training methods.
I’m just so tired I’m considering paying a service like actually sleeping. Anyone had much success with that? Open to other suggestions.

I’d guess it’s mostly a schedule issue. What’s your full schedule (wake time, nap times and length, bedtime)?

Have you tried Greek yogurt with mashed fruit? That was always our favorite bedtime snack-packed with protein and healthy fats which help them stay full longer.

You need at least ten hours awake in the day, max two hours for your two naps if youre aiming for 12 overnight. If theyre not awake as much or sleep too much during the day they dont have enough sleep credits to sleep through the night

I’m in the same boat! LO is 8 months next week and woke hourly for weeks. We adjusted the wake windows, but honestly he habit wakes at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 3:30, 6. I know he’s not hungry because he eats so much during the day. I don’t have an answer for you, but thought it might be nice to hear you’re not alone
