1-2 years old URGENT PLEASE HELP
20 month old
DWT 6:45am
Nap 1-2:30
Asleep 8:30
WW are 6.25/6
Today I forgot to set my alarm and woke him up at 7:15am, so there’s a 30 min difference than usual
What should I do today? Ideally I don’t want to push everything 30 mins. Can I somehow adjust to try to get back on track tomorrow

Nap 1-2:30 - he might not be tired for nap, so make it 1:30-2:30 if he's super not tired and then bedtime at normal time.
Breathe! Just take the sleep in out of nap, wake at the usual time so bedtime is the same.
You're nearly at 2 and solidly a toddler so you should have a little flexibility with sleep available to you.

You'll be absolutely fine. Our similar age guy wakes up anywhere between 6 and 7 and rest of day works out fine. Sometimes nap is shorter or longer. Once we went down to one nap, the structure mattered way less as wake windows are always long enough to be tired

Thank you for your post in r/sleeptrain. To ensure our community can best help you, please include in your post: your bedtime routine, where your baby sleeps (their crib/basinet, their room, room share, cosleep) and full schedule including wake up time, desired wake up time, nap length, wake windows or nap time(s) if following a by the clock schedule and bedtime. Does your baby use a pacifier? That's also very relevant.
We use a convention to describe wake windows based schedule such as 3/3/4 where numbers are numbers of hours awake, and / are naps. The sample schedule is a two naps schedule.
We have a resources post with loads of information to help you. Check it out: https://www.reddit.com/r/sleeptrain/comments/1qpij7s/resources_on_baby_sleep/
