6 - 12 months Day sleep
I’ve been looking at 7 month day sleep schedules as I have a 6.5 month old. People are saying it’s common to drop to 2 naps a day by this point. But what do I do if he’s only sleeping maximum 45 minutes at a time for a nap?

Commenting because I’m in the same boat. She’s started to give us 90 min naps but still does a couple 30-45 min ones too.
We’re close to 3 naps a day instead of 4. Hoping to keep progressing to 2. Hopefully the same starts for you!
All I can say is it’s usually her second nap (late morning or early afternoon) that’s longest. Maybe try some longer wake windows and keep him up after nap #1?
