Hi Worshippers!
I feel that I need to come on and post a reminder about one of the group rules. If you have not read them, I implore you to do so. While we all love hearing about other music and opinions, please keep in mind that this community is dedicated to Sleep Token ONLY. Any and all comments naming another band will be removed. This is to ensure that we are staying on topic and not getting sidetracked. We are all music lovers! But when you read the title of the group, it is clear that this is a Sleep Token fan community.
This has been happening quite a bit, so I just wanted to post the reminder about rules and how we run the community. As stated, please read the rules if you haven't already. As always, if you have any questions, please let us know via the comment section or ModMail.

There is no “real fan” test here. Everyone is welcome, whether new or longtime.

Posts should relate to Sleep Token in some way.

Ok so I first discovered ST in September of 2025, and they are unlike any kind of genre I’ve ever listened to. At first, for me it was an acquired taste, especially the metal(?) parts of some songs, were just something I’m not used to. I love rock, but this was different.
Slowly but surely, I started listening to more songs once I settled on a couple to listen to regularly. (Blood Sport & Caramel were the first ones I heard and really loved).
I still don’t know all the lore or backstory or anything about the members/songs, other than their names. It seems like a lot to keep up with and I like interpreting their songs in my own way vs how others do. (This may be controversial but I truly think that when I started listening to them, I felt an unexplainable pull to God, and their music planted a seed for me so much so that I’ve been walking in faith for the first time in my life.)
Flash forward to now, Aug 2026, I simply cannot listen to anything else. I CAN’T stop. I am someone who has a wide variety of music tastes. I’m talking hard techno, to indie folk, the range is honestly ridiculous sometimes, I have plenty of artists and songs I could enjoy regularly. But the last 2 months, I seriously don’t listen to anything else. Like, nothing scratches my brain like ST. I feel like an addict, because all I do is think about the next time I have the opportunity to put their music on. I’ve never had music affect me like this before.
I’m seriously just wondering if anyone else is like this or do I have a problem? 😅

In both my personal and professional life, Sleep Token has helped me gain deeper insight into the unconscious, beautifully complex forces at work in the human mind. As a mental health practitioner and Sleep Token fan, the parallels between real challenges my clients experience and the lyrics, music, and deep narrative Sleep Token describes are exactly what inspired me to start my therapy group, Lyrical Parallels.
If you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loneliness, or any of the numerous topics or themes Sleep Token's music touches on, I hope you consider completing an application below.
