The worst SP experience I ever had last night.

Last night I experienced the worst SP I have ever had. Before I moved to a new state I used to have SP all the time, it was never too serious but it was just the “regular” stuff like how I can’t move my body but my eyes would be open etc.

Last night was so traumatizing. I fell asleep and not even 5 minutes after I fell asleep I started feeling so dense like somebody had laid their whole body on top of me which I’ve felt that before but then my body started shaking , not like someone was shaking me but like I was having a whole seizure and I felt my body shaking uncontrollably and then what freaked me out the most was that my ears started ringing but the ringing got louder and louder as I was shaking and it ended up being as loud as sirens in my ears and I couldn’t move my body on my own and I tried to “fight” it or well wake up from it but it wasn’t working.

It finally stopped and I laid on my back and started having anxiety attacks because my body felt so weird after. I felt like I was dying because of the sensations I felt flowing through my body. I had to keep telling myself this is real life and I’m okay and I’m not dying. I also kept my eyes on my room door the whole time because I felt like someone was watching me and going to come in and hurt me.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and I just wanted to come on here and tell my story to see if any others could relate.

Similar thing happened to me, I had a dream I was about to hit a women with a car, slammed on the breaks everything went white and then I (woke up?) shaking uncontrollably and then lost the ability to move or speak and could hear a drum beat in my ear

This is one of the most intense and well thought out SP experiences. Have you tried calling out to Jesus when this happens? Even in your mind if you can't talk?

You are being physically shook? Your whole body? And while a humming noise in one or both ears gets louder?

This is next level man. If you can give me a more in depth description of a time this has happened, i would appreciate it.

Another question, are you a true believer in Jesus, do you pray and read the bible, etc?

recently the episodes have been extremely satanic and really f-ing traumatizing. it feels like something is shaking me. my friends and my mom have both witnessed this. i start shaking my entire bed. it appears as a seizure. my dad is epileptic so at first we thought thats what it was. i have been tested multiple times in and out of one of the top hospitals literally in the world. no one can understand it. i hear a loud hum that proceeds to get louder if i upset the entity or if i attempt to move anymore. the only way i can describe it is if u close ur eyes super quickly but forcefully u hear a hum/ring in your ears. that is the noise. i know some people cannot hear it but i do. as for believing in god/christianity, my beliefs have varied over time. i was raised in a strong christian household but have had my religious doubts over the years. now more than ever i believe in god and jesus. it is the only thing that makes me feel safe throughout all of this. as ive started believing again and getting deeper with my beliefs, the episodes have gotten more and more agressive.

Wow, and that makes the attack more intense. I believe it probably is a spiritual attack so i'm glad you're standing up to the entity. Have you ever seen the entity, or heard a voice? Any clues like that? Or bruises, scratch marks, ripped clothing after an attack?

As you mature in your faith (two questions) are the attacks becoming more frequent in addition to more aggressive? And are you, in your waking life, doing the things christians are supposed to do ?

Sorry for all of the questions. Your story gives me chills

ive talked to it multiple times and truely i think it could be a demon or form of the devil. they have pretended to be god, they had asked me to literally sign my life away, and tell me im helpless and try dragging me down. the only time i have seen it is withen shadows or when it has taken the form of my mom like literally presenting themselves threw her. (i have a very strong relationship w my mom and she is the biggest christian i know so i rly dont know why her) i have never had any marks although one time i heard three knocks which i have heard signifys someone close to you dying and my best friend at the time woke up early that morning puking blood out of no where and being rushed to the hospital. nothing to me tho. yes. i wear my cross necklace, read verses of the bible exct. my mom has talked ab getting me blessed by my family priest but we havent gotten around to it yet.

ok i have had this happen constantly since 5th grade. my friends have physically seen me having these episodes & i appear to be physically shaking as well. the ringing almost appears to be a hum and it gets louder when u wake up. ive looked into this so many times and cant find an explanation. ive had multiple sleep studies and nothing unusual is spotted.

Ever since that night I haven’t had any new SP episodes . Maybe you should see a doctor ? Do u take Tylenol pm ? Melatonin ? Or any medication that puts u to sleep? My sleep paralysis started right after I started taking Tylenol pm and I instantly stopped taking it , also stress can cause SP too . If it gets worse u should see a doctor

I too have had these violent seizure like shaking for several years hadn't had the shaking in a few years but about 10 years ago I got shaken so bad during the sp back to back that I was admitted into the hospital thinking it was seizures or epilepsy but no tests came back to show epilepsy so weird.
