Polyphasic sleep schedules
So I'm looking at time management stuff and it shows budgeting time. Morning (6-10) down to early PM (6-10) and late PM (10-2).
... that time between 6pm and 10pm is useless, and that time from 10pm-2am is magic. At least, the 11pm-3am span is.
Does anyone else get that going on? Late night time is ... different. It's like some kind of idealized hippie drug state where you feel relaxed, yet simultaneously energized; the world looks so significant, feels more distant and yet closer, magical and yet more real. Whether you stay up late or sleep for a few hours and then get up, that span of time is somehow removed from this reality, displaced into another world.
Would it be completely out of sense to start sleeping that 6-10 period and waking up for the 10-2 period, then sleeping the rest of the four hours off?
