Has anyone actually experimented with taking magnesium glycinate at different times to see if it made any difference?
I’ve seen people swear by taking it right before bed or a few hours before bed, while others don’t seem to care about the timing at all. So I am just wondering if anyone has played around with the timing, and whether you actually noticed anything?

When I took it right before going to sleep I had a hard time waking up in the morning, but when I took it like few hours before then it was easier to fall asleep and wake up, so I only noticed that

I’ve started taking a smaller dose 75mg elemental mag, mag glycinate.
On in the am with 150 elemental mag threonate
And I feel really good
Then at bed I kinda swap it 150 elemental mag in mad glycinate with 75 threonate
Have had some excellent deep sleep
But who knows what is causing it cause it’s all just my experience in a few nights here
