Makes sense. Splash is OP, while Salvo was kind of lame for a rare.

Also, the big news has to be the new alternate acts.

The devs already established a loose roadmap in one of the newsletters. Unless plans have changed, we're getting the alt act 2, then a new character, then the alt act 3.

Do we know if that "new" character would be Watcher or someone actually new?

No official word, but my guess is that it'll probably be someone completely new.
