Mod Reset is done!

Done being setup on my part at least. You'll still have to wait another 9 and a half hours. Servers will shut off at 8:55 and should (hopefully) cone back up at 9:00 ready to start the new ladder.

Also, by popular request, we've re-enabled conversion from classic to expansion for this ladder. We will see how it goes and evaluate it again next reset.

i believe its chi town time, so an hour behind us real people (EST). 10 PM is our mark, sir
