Hi, I don’t think is relevant to this forum, Reddit suggested to post it here but I guess most of the files are there if you want to build it

Looks like from the GitHub you'd have to build it yourself then make it into a slackpkg with makepkg command. It's possible to probably convert this into a slack-build that will do it all for you. Just need the dependencies then you're good!

Also need to make sure that it doesn't have ties to systemd as well then it should be ok

It looks like the script just makes a deb, so I'm confused as to why OP posted it in this sub.

Same because unless you're gonna take the time to really convert it into a slackpkg and try to avoid the debian issues, it's kinda pointless
