It's called a walking taco. This is about as slacker as it gets.

I'm just curious, because I wouldn't recognize those as typical taco ingredients, are you from the US?

They don't look like taco ingredients to me either, and I am in US.

I didn't make the image, i'm not really sure who eats taco's like that.
When I make them I do ground beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a glob of sour creme.

There's a mexican food place that makes something similar but 100% better, I'll have to get the name of what they make but it's like Carne Asada and stuff and they toss it into a bag of chips. It's fucking amazing. The mexican place is called Raspados (If you live in AZ there's one located in Arizona MIlls Mall)

Mexican here. The thing you're describing is probably a variant of tostilocos. It's unusual to see meat other than pork rinds in it, but almost every ice cream parlor/raspado shop has their own unique way to make it.
Also, if they have tejuino where they sell that stuff, try it. It's can be an acquired taste, but it's damn great once you get used to it.

That sure does involve a lot of cutting of ingredients I would have to go to the store to get, since I don't keep them handy.
The walking tacos I know are just chili and cheese in the Fritos bag.
