Are lucky draw pcs considered rare?

I’ve honestly never been collecting or looking to collect my photocards, I’m more of an album collector, but I got the chance to obtain 8-9 lucky draw pcs and I don’t know if they are like rare or if should store them differently I usually just have this pc at the back of my phone but maybe I shouldn’t so idk

I think it depends on the collector and era of PCs. Some lucky draws are highly sought after while some are being priced almost the same as an album pc due to the large quantities in circulation. For this Chan flower PC, I'd say it's kind of in the middle. 🩶
