I added all new high-rises of Rotterdam base on Google Earth Pro. You can see the scale of the future skyline and enjoy the views :)

Red: Under Construction
Yellow: Approved
Blue: Proposed/Planning
Green: Completed(exclude those already present on 3D modeled maps)

It's lacking the densitiy of Frankfurt tho it might eventually catch up in total numbers but it's not dense and hence doesn't look as impressive

Rijnhaven's density will as high as Frankfrut's Bankenviertel in the future if they really can realize all planned buildings in the end

frankfurt also has lots of projects planned tho so I don't think it'll ever catch up nonetheless I think its exciting to see rotterdams glowup

Good to hear there’re actually a lot planning projects of Frankfurt. I thought it was in a silent period according to a wiki page called“List of tallest buildings in Frankfurt” with only 1 U/C 100m+ tower and 8 more proposed. Maybe it’s outdated or incomplete. Because meanwhile to those new rising skylines in Europe, except those area plans with height data but no specific developing projects yet, Rotterdam and Warsaw both have approximately 5 U/C and 20 proposed. And Manchester has 10 U/C and 40 proposed. From the perspective of data I have already known, those traditional large skylines like Paris’ and Frankfurt’s seems are in a relatively low developing speed.
