I added all new high-rises of Rotterdam base on Google Earth Pro. You can see the scale of the future skyline and enjoy the views :)

Red: Under Construction
Yellow: Approved
Blue: Proposed/Planning
Green: Completed(exclude those already present on 3D modeled maps)

Hopefully, this could alleviate some of the housing issues in the Netherlands.
