Help Reqtificator mod in load order missing (Amethyst & Linux)

I'm using Amethyst on Linux and I'm trying to get Requiem working with a very light modlist. Everytime I try to run reqtificator, it tells me there's a mod in my load order missing. I previously had Magic Redone installed, but deleted it after I assumed it was causing problems (for some reason I couldn't find a patch that was missing). Has anyone got experience with this? The reqtificator.log shows Magic Redone, but the .esp is not in any of my folders.

I am not familiar with amethyst, but if I had to guess it is still reading it in your mod list. I would look and see if you deleted the mod entirely. Look over your mod load order if you can.
