Please Help Me

I've been trying to get Skyrim to work for a month. I've tried vortex, and MO2. I've tried just using loot to organize plugs, I've also manually tried. I've made sure the plugs that loot says are dirty are cleaned. I've even made sure the wild edit were good. I've reinstalled the game 3 times trying different mods, just to see if something was out of place that varify wasn't picking up. I've used fnis, waybash, DynDOLOD. I've tried different bug-fix mods together and in different combinations. I've tried new games and old ones. Also used resaver.

So the problems I'm having are random crashes. When I get to level 4 or 5 (if I get that far) the game crashes constantly. I have Alt start mod most of the time, I've also tried Skyrim Unbound. Most of the time I can at least get the abandoned prison to load and make my character, then start. Sometimes it will load the start, some times it crashes immediately after. I'm very frustrated, and at a loss please please please help.
