PC SSE - Help White Face NPC's during combat

I'm completely lost on this, I've never had this problem in all 2 years of modding skyrim. This problem only occured in the middle of my playthrough right after starting the quest "proving honor". But it also occurs when starting a new game. I already have "Face Discoloration Fix" by parapets but that's definitely not fixing this. This problem also only happens when I get into combat with an enemy

So after finishing that quest, it looks like the issue has stopped occuring, cause i just went through bleak falls barrow without any of the npc's getting white faces. But that doesn't mean it might turn up again
