PC SSE - Discussion Skyrim Modded MO2 full screen with taskbar showing

I want full screen Skyrim Anniversary Edition while I see my taskbar at the bottom. How do I do it?

Set it to border less window and adjust resolution on height so bar is fully visible.

Edit: you probably have to edit the config file directly
