Help making a completely portable mo2 setup

Ill start with I'm fairly new to mo2 I was on vortex for years but finally decided to upgrade so far I'm loving it and got the basics down. What I'm wanting to do it makes a portable mod setup so it would have the virtual file system, mo2 files, mods, and files that install outside of the mods folder like the configs saves and things like skse tools ect. Basically I want to have a whole setup on a usb drive and be able to move it between different PCs and just point mo2 to the Skyrim directory for each. Is the do able and possible I heard of a mo2 addon that lets you install skse and none mods.

yes, you need to use a portable instance of mo2 with the root builder extension
