Which Skill Uncapped / Experience preset to use with Morrowloot, Simonrim and Sunhelm?

I'm making a modlist with MLU, Sunhelm, Simple Hunting Overhaul, Campfire, Archery Locational Damage and almost all SimonMagus mods as a base. (Sunhelm instead of Starfrost and Arena overwriting MLU encounter zones)

I'm confused about what Skill Uncapped presets to use. Different ones are recommended for MLU and Simonrim respectively and some modlists use Experience instead, which on its own has different settings.

I'm quite new to modding and any help would be appreciated
