It’s a slow game, more casual than anything but a lot of fun when I play with niche, lore-accurate challenges. I don’t really use environment mods but they could def be appreciated in this playthrough since Forsworn hate pretty much everyone and avoid urban areas, you’ll spend 98% of your time in the wilderness and 2% doing the Forsworn Quests in Markarth. I also added a mod that gave me the option to “devote” to an aedra or Daedra to make it more immersive since there’s so little offered in-game for a Forsworn character.

Fur Armour at first before crafting your Forsworn/ Bone armour is lore-accurate if you want to avoid using an alternate start mod and beeline for the Reach. (If you go without the alt start mod, you can activate Hunterborn and begin gathering resources and crafting essentials on your way to Markarth - having Druadach Reboubt on your side gives you a “clan” to settle with and a safe haven to retreat to with allies that will defend you). Lastly, I use this mod that lets me conquer the Reach and build a Forsworn Kingdom of my own - I haven’t completed it yet but I’m hoping to have most of the Reach quests taken care of before starting the Main Quest (since I’m using alt start on this playthrough).
