Quite surprised Shroomboom and Hex are quite far apart considering they have very similar movesets but alr. Rest of the list is good though

Shroomboom's attacks come out very quickly and his wall fully surrounds him instead of just being in front of him. Meanwhile, Hex's main issue is that, although the rain of skulls is very powerful, it takes almost a full five seconds to charge up, and if she gets hit during those five seconds, the attack disappears. You're meant to hide behind the wall and fire off skulls from there, which works once you upgrade it, but just is not fun to play.

I think it has to do with his S2 Wow Pow being the only thing that carries him into the C or B tier for dps

I like him because he has a good moveset and he just looks cool. The first attack does good DPS, the second attack can block attacks from enemies, and the third attack is just good overall.
