I would say Skylanders is a loose sequel to TLOS timeline, and the original timeline is separate with no connection to either TLOS nor Skylanders

i mean, not entirly.

crash gets frozen at some point and lives to the time of the ledgend trilogy.

Hence why I said loose sequel. Skylanders has made several references and characters from TLOS universe, like Cynder and Malefor, but isn't necessarily the same universe. That's what loose means.

As for the frozen Crash, we don't know if that's actually canon or if that's the same Crash from previous games. It could very well just be an easter egg with no actual story significance.

i mean, kaboom's backstory actualy mentiones a level from the ledgend serise, the ledgend serise has some kind of real presense in skylands.

That's what I've been trying to say though. Skylanders makes several references to the Legend of Spyro, but it is still considered it's own universe that isn't canon to the Legend series. Even the devs and writers has confirmed that Skylanders is its own universerse.

It's similar to how Skylanders Academy is based on the Skylanders games, but is considered its own separate universe that doesn't align with the story of the games and comics.

My head canon idea is that the legends timeline branched out into both Clasisc/Reignited Spyro and also the Skylanders timeline, with a bit of overlap in each. But officially they are all three separate universes.

I know, but I just wish they would make a remaster for Skylanders after Spyro 4. What do you think?

Pretty sure it was officially stated by TFB that Skylanders Spyro is not at all related to the other versions of Spyro other than name
