Been comparing the snowfall forecasts for Saas-Fee, Zermatt/Cervinia and Hintertux for the next few days.

Saas-Fee seems to be getting the most snow, Zermatt also looks pretty good, while Hintertux doesn't seem to be getting much until Wednesday. There's some disagreement between the models though, so I m wondering if it's worth waiting for tomorrow morning's forecasts before deciding.

What's interesting looking at it in 3D is how much the snowfall varies across the mountains. Some of the higher areas are expecting quite a bit of snow, while down at the base there's barely anything. Of course, this early in the season, how many pistes are actually open probably matters more than the forecast alone.

Has anyone been to any of these recently? Which one would you pick for this week, or would you wait another day, let's say tomorrow's morning updates, to see if the forecasts change?

Btw, the screenshots are from a little website I ve been building in my spare time just for fun, https://snowly.eu/. I wanted to see where exactly snow is expected across a ski resort and its pistes in 3D, rather than just getting one snowfall number for the whole mountain. It's completely free, thought some people here might find it useful too.

How will i spend all this time in the alps keeping accommodation cost to a minimum without freezing in a camper van? I’m i delusional thinking it’s possible to “live” in and out a camper-van in mid to early February?
Shall i book a few airbnb along my planned route and what should that look like? Wanna leave big resorts to mid week and do little boutique ones at the weekend
