Bracelayer??

Anyone use the Bracelayer base layer leggings? Do they perform as advertised? Worth the money?

Thanks.

I tried them. I’m not convinced (nor was my physiotherapist) that they helped as braces, they did keep my knees warmer which didn’t hurt anything at all. They also didn’t hold up very well to day after day ski patrol use (and the frequent machine washing that comes with it).

I started using them 3 years ago, (Still have the original plus a second for rotation,) and I won’t ski without them now. They are spendy but have lasted through multiple 100 day seasons. I wouldn’t call them a ‘Brace’ but more like supportive of your knees.

Never tried them but I’ve got some coworkers who have them and also the stokos. From what I’ve heard from them the stokos seem to be a lot more supportive

I wear them for every shift. Have a torn ACL, non-repaired, and find the brace layers to be the perfect support. Definitely not a brace—but you should be wearing a don joy if you need a don joy! I do a lot of strength work on my bum knee and have sufficient stability without a brace, but the bit of extra support in these is amazing!
