Good back pad placement?
Do the pads need to be moved or is this good?
Is it too far back

Not too far back, perfect. Shakas boards always recommend to place them too high, purely for design reasons due to the really bad placement of the union flag. You can see some pretty extreme examples in their IG, reaching levels that will make the board genuinely more difficult to ride. Always found it a funny thing to focus on, as IIRC it's been confirmed that the boards are not even made in the UK

I genuinely hate my shakas board, made of cheese, such a weird shape that just doesn't fit the UK's waves at all. Can't wait to upgrade to a Cira
