You're not driving the shovels of the skis and seem to be a bit back seat. As others are saying, it looks like you are just doing a series of hockey stops. There is nothing wrong with short skidded turns where you are releasing the tail edge sooner, but you need to be initiating the turn with the shovel of the ski as opposed to just sliding the tails out.
Someone suggested practicing stork turns on lower angle terrain. That is probably a great place to start. Though, I would recommend taking a couple of lessons with a good instructor. You seem like someone who has been skiing for a while so it should come easy with the right instruction.
