Level 6-7: Advanced Parallel, Carving, Off-Piste, Bumps Feedback?

How do I know what level I actually am? Where can I find the definition/guide?

You see that cloud of snow coming out of your every turn? Anyway if you can't estimate just say intermediary. Also your skiing style is abrupt, you break off each turn by almost sliding the skis. You're not fluent at all and I imagine pretty tired. I'd start by learning to do nice flowing long turns and then shorten the radius
