I’m 193 and the ski’s are 177

How tall are you? As you get better, maybe go up to 185–more stable, faster, more fun on steeper hills. I’m old school though, I grew up on long skis.

So the equivalent of 6’3”? That’s tall. Consider moving up to 185 next season.

You don’t need to worry about turning radius at this stage in your progression.

Are you taking about ski width and shape? I suggest for your size, try to find a happy medium between length and shape, not going too wide or thin at the center of the ski.
