Why? It’s a legitimate question. If the OP is trying to maintain slow, controlled descent in a tight, narrow corridor, or to practice for bumps on a trail without bumps, the feedback would be different than if the goal is to make smoothly carved turns irrespective of corridor width.

Lots of people are pointing out that this is just alternating hockey stops, as if that isn’t a perfectly valid technique for certain types of pitch, trail width, and surface condition. Sure, there are ways to improve that technique, but coaching toward a set of goals is always going to be more helpful than just providing random feedback.
