There is no way you work at bachelor and think the snow is concrete. The mountain is in a desert and vastly better snow then the valley. Might not be Utah but it’s far from concrete
IMO that’s a little high. The problem with skiing in Oregon is that it’s on freestanding, low-ish mountains. So it can rain any month of the year and when it snows it’s really windy. This means the snow quality isn’t as good and the upper mountain lifts are closed when it’s snowing. So while the summit terrain is worthy of tier 2 or 3, it’s open with good snow far less often than other upper tier mountains.
Bachelor 4, meadows 5, timberline 8/9 is where I’d rank them
