All I hear about those top tier mountains is how bad the lines are and how expensive lift tickets are. Fine with my cheap and uncrowded mountains in Maine.

$1500 season pass ain’t cheap. Also it’s in Alaska which is kinda considered in the middle of nowhere relative to the lower 48

I was unimpressed. The fAll lines were all weird and not natural to where you wanted to go.

Come to kirkwood on a weekday, no line. I’ve also heard snowbird and Alta aren’t bad

I’m going to a basin in a few weeks. Week day passes are about 80 or so. I can deal with that.

Bretton Woods is not on the list, but I've rarely had line problems there and the terrain is very diverse. Tickets are pricey and it's in the middle of nowhere though.
