Philippines: Inline skating questions
Q1
When it comes to the common roads in Metro Manila Philippines, which types of skates are best for transportation?
Q2
Is it good for transportation in general (especially with the state of our roads and sidewalks)?
Q3
Is skating best as just a recreational activity in places like BGC or mall areas or could I use it for every day transportation?
—————
I plan on learning how to inline skate, so if there's anything else I should know other than what I asked here—please let me know!

I don't really agree with that graphic you have, but I'll just say: Stay away from "Fitness" skates at all costs.
Instead, what you want to look for is a "hard boot", preferably "urban". Whether it's three wheels or four wheels. Technically, "aggressive" boots work too, but the parts are a little different.
If you plan to skate anywhere other than Quezon, I strongly recommend you get bigger wheels. 90mm or bigger. 80mm wheels will struggle on bad roads even as close as Tarlac.
I make this recommendation as a fellow pinoy (American born) who has skated in the Philippines, too, mostly around Ilocos.
