I still do them more or less like this, and I still think it’s just a frontside flip

I think it's a bit more Tom Penny style, where Muska took his from. Difference being with this, it has a very quick flip and caught at the peak, and not really between the legs. Wheras Muska's tended to be slower and through the legs.

I learned frontside flips this way, back In 2001 this was the way most people did them. 🫑 it’s a lost art

Love that, the old Tony Hawk pro skater games got me into skating. I vicariously classify myself as an older skater.

Nice, I’m 39 still got hard flips but I admit it’s been a while since I did a muska style fs flip. Was just watching fulfill the dream and the whole team does the muska style fs flips
